Find and take an assessment of motivational leadership style (or use the "What Are the Two Sides of Leadership?" questionnaire on page 269 in the Group Dynamics textbook, assess how you act when leading others, and use "What Is Your Motivational Style" on page 290) to assess your leadership style.
