Leadership Practice Your team has one week left to complete your group project for your management class. One of your teammates, Chris, has been underperforming. He is late to meetings, if he shows up and he regularly misses deadlines if he turns in his work at all. You're tempted to just forget about him and move on, but you remember your professor telling you "bad teammates are just opportunities to learn how to really lead." Chris is responsible for completing competitive analysis for two companies and preparing two slides with source citations by this Friday. You are really concerned about grades, but he seems totally content with a C. He's much more interested in minimizing the amount of work put in. That said, he's not a total jerk and seems to respect the whole team, and you in particular. Applying the behavioral model (Ohio State model) to this situation could mean that you tell Chris that you can both work on your own parts over lunch and that you'll buy lunch true or false
