Pick one of the leadership theories from the text(Foundations of Health Care Management, Principles and Methods). Explain the theory and how it may be applied to support the culture and outcomes of the organization. Be sure to support your discussion with references from the text.

The leadership theories are: Behavioral leadership theory, Situational Leadership, Transformational Leadership, and Servant. I need to pick one for the above.
