Leading Teams

This assignment asks you to consider the positive and negative aspects of teamwork. Draw on concepts from the course and personal examples to explain your reasoning.

Think of two teams of which you were a member - the best and the worst in terms of personal satisfaction and team performance. The teams could come from any area in your experience - for example, athletic team, student club, class team, work team, project team, church committee, or volunteer organization. Describe specific behaviors of the teams that made them the best and worst for you. What dilemmas did you encounter when you had to complete assignments as part of a team?
