A Learning & Growth Plan for Leadership is an identification of areas of professional growth as related to the content of this course along

with the specifc plans for achieving your goals. Learning & Growth Plan for Leaderships identify important areas for professional learning,

the specific steps you will take to meet your growth goals for leadership, as well as opportunities to update and revise your Plan as you

learn and grow. It is essential to remember that this is a plan for learning relative to leadership, not for life goals.

Course Learning Outcomes Addressed through this Assignment:

? Analyze the changing nature of the 21 st century workplace.

? Examine various models of leadership and their evolution through time.

? Identify the required skills, knowledge, and attitudes for effective leadership.
