Learning Objective: By the completion of the training session, participants will be able to create SMART goals for their staff members, recognize possibilities for training and development, and finish the new performance management papers.

This learning objective's purpose is to ensure that participants have the information and skills required to effectively execute the newly developed performance management system.

Participants will be able to direct their staff toward goals that are both comprehensible and attainable if they possess the ability to construct SMART objectives. Participants will be able to guarantee that their staff have the resources required to accomplish the objectives established by the performance management system if they are able to recognize opportunities for training and development and be able to take advantage of those possibilities. Participants will have the required paperwork to follow the success of their staff if they are able to complete the new performance management papers. Lastly, participants will have the ability to complete the new performance management documents.
