Assume you and your partner awarded contract of setting up 10 Classrooms on the second floor of the Fleming college Toronto. You will have to choose vendors and suppliers to get tables, chairs, smart tv, desktops and white board for the classroom and fifteen power charging stations for the student's laptop and cell phones.
Group assignment should consist of following sections:
- Selecting the appropriate relationships and contract approaches for each type of purchased goods or outsourced service
- Preparing RFQs and RFPs and evaluating partnership opportunities
- Evaluating RFQs, RFPs, and partnerships
- Awarding and signing contracts
- Managing quality, timely performance
- Managing contract changes
- Closing contracts
- Test run (make sure all equipment's are working before completing your project and call external inspectors (Niagara college teachers or IT professionals to check the quality of the work)
