The CEO of Schloss Adler has been left impressed with your report on motivation and improving Team performance within organisation and as a result you have been asked to apply for the company's Leadership Programme. Places on the programme are extremely sought after so you will have to clearly illustrate your comprehension of leadership theories you have studied whilst also exhibiting a clear aptitude to becoming a future leader within the organisation.
As part of the application process, you are required to produce a 10 minute slide presentation which illustrates and describes the key points of the following leadership styles:
- Transactional Leadership
- Transformational Leadership

Presentation:

You are free to choose any style of leadership discussed in the module but you must provide a clear rationale as to why this has been acknowledged above others put citation.
