We all know about leasing generally but we need to understand how it works and what kind of advantages and disadvantages specifically a person can face through proper accounting of leasing. To enlighten this concept, we studied all the rules and regulations in this course. You all know what difference between leasing is and hire to purchase, similarly you all know different types leasing like capital leasing and operating leasing. Thus, to consider all the concept you need write leasing agreement to lease a building, land, machinery, or any other fixed asset that your company needed. First, you must write a leasing agreement behalf of your company as specialist (Assume leasing amount, time, cash inflows, cash out flows, Fixed asset total cost if company purchase, etc.,). However, Tax rate is 35%. Nominal Interest is 8.87% per annum (both Lessee and Lessor). Consider the useful life of leased fixed assets is 15 year and depreciation need to be charged as per Straight line method. Requirements: 1. Write Leasing agreement to mentioned all the terms and conditions we have studied in this session. Most of the amount and terms need to be assumed by you. 2. Calculate the Net Present Value for both Lessee and Lessor considering the Purchase price, Interest rate, Cash flows, lease amount, depreciation etc..) 3. Based on above calculation decide either your company need to lease the fixed asset or need to buy that asset. Justify the reason
