Lee is a member of a Capstone 1 team. She readily participates in meetings and will volunteer to do her fair share of work. However, often the work she hands in is full of errors and sometimes is missing data completely. Other team members get upset that her quality of work is not at the same level as the rest of the team members, and therefore someone has to review and correct her work.
