and being composed of the whole of Lot Number 4 according to Plan Number 5447 registered in the Registry Office for the Registry Division of Frontenac (No. 13). SUBJECT to an easement to the Bell Telephone Company over the rear four feet (4') fromside to side, of the lot hereby conveyed, for normal line installation and servicing.
