5. Abdulrahman owns a gallery and amongst his collection is a Picasso painting and a Van Gogh painting. The Picasso painting is worth 50 million BD and the Van Gogh is worth 30 million BD. He never intends to sell them because they are very rare and he loves them very well. Nabeel is a wealthy business tycoon who loves collecting artworks, he made an offer to Abdulrahman to buy the Picasso painting for 30 Million BD, and Abdulrahman refused his offer. Nabeel got angry and he sent few of his men to Abdulrahman to try to convince him, some of them carried pistols and they told Abdulrahman, it would be better for you, your family and your business to sell this painting to Nabeel, otherwise you better watch out and they showed him their pistols! Next day Abdulrahman sold the Picasso painting to Nabeel for 30 million BD. Majid is a close friend of Abdulrahman, he saw the Van Gogh painting in Abdulrahman's shop and he said "if our friendship means anything to you, sell me this painting for 20 million BD", Abdulrahman felt embarrassed and didn't want to turn his friend down so he agreed. One week later Abdulrahman felt that he lost his two most beloved paintings and he wants them back, so he is asking you for help. Explain the legal obligations and rights of the parties (Abdulrahman, Nabeel, Majed) in the scenario in reference to the paintings. Support your argument with references and cases where applicable
