The programme is expected to increase the share of open space in the Bijlmer with 5 percentage points and will lead to an expected reduction in the share of people that feel unsafe of 2.5 percentage points. The expected costs are E10 million. Given that the number of housing units in the targeted neighbourhood is 12,341 and the average house price is #179,300, . Please calculate the total benefits of the programme using the coefficients obtained under As- signment 3.6. If your coefficients do not make much sense, use the coefficients obtained in As- signment 3.2, but clearly explain this when doing so. . Please carefully show your calculation. .
