In previous assignments you have used canvas boxes 1 through 6 to help guide your search for confirmation of a problem-solution fit. Once you are confident that people will pay for your product or service, its time to focus on canvas boxes 7 through 9. Here, you will begin to think about how you can connect with a broader audience of potential customers and stakeholders.
Identify additional sources of knowledge in your general area of interest (besides potential customers) that will help you solve the unanswered questions outlined in boxes 7 through 9 of your Opportunity Discovery Canvas.
Evaluate what specific information you can acquire from each source of knowledge. Each group member must utilize at least one out-of-the-building knowledge source as well as one academic knowledge source to gather new knowledge about your idea.

Take notes and document your results in a new version of your revised Opportunity Discovery Canvas
Download Opportunity Discovery Canvas. Revise and complete boxes 1 through 9 of the Opportunity Discovery Canvas.
Back of the Canvas Analysis: Complete the Notes section on the backside of the canvas worksheet (approximately 100). In the Additional Analysis section of your Notes, consider the following questions:
How would you rate your customers level of interest in your revised solution? (Strongly interested, somewhat interested, not interested, unclear, etc.)
Are you confident in your proposed solution or do adjustments need to be made?
Are there enough customers to make your efforts worthwhile?
Do you need to revise the way you communicate your message based on customer feedback?
