Following this prepare a response by a judge delivering a sentence for someone convicted of the described crime. Make use of at least six (6) considerations offered for formulating a punishment (e.g., state of mind of the criminal, degree to which the victim may be to blame..) when generating your response as a judge presiding over the case.
