Conducting a focus group with a group of employees, using the 10 points, presented on pages 34-35 of Harrison's text (2004) or pages 43-44 under the Basic Organization Information section on the e-book as a baseline (based on the open systems model), develop questions for the focus group. Include transcription and analysis of the focus group.
