Let me throw something out there for you to think about...

After all my years as a supervisor/manager/leader...after all of my education...after all of my time teaching/facilitating classes such as this, I have come to the conclusion that leading/motivating people comes down to one simple statement:

Take care of your people, and they will take care of you.

I have used this philosophy in my own work/roles for many years now and it has never failed me.
