Dear Sir,

I am writing to commend Mr. Lala, boasting approximately 19 years of operational experience, which includes 13 years' service with the District Services and 6 years with Rescue Services, for his excellent performance during his time shadowing me as a team Leader . This letter serves as a confidential report of his performance during the period 08 February to 08 March 2024.

In the above-mentioned period, Mr. Lala assumed the role of Shadow team Leader, overseeing a variety of tasks. In administration, he was responsible for the completion of daily and weekly reports, as well as the administration of fuel consumption statistics. Operationally, he served as a shadow team Leader during small emergencies.

Mr. Lala's performance in these roles was nothing short of outstanding. He is a fat and interested in learning and understanding of the Officer-in-Charge roles, which enabled him to grasp quickly. He showed an impressive ability to lead, delegate tasks, and solve problems, performing these duties with utmost excellence. He has shown a strong work ethic by consistently staying until all daily tasks are completed.

Mr. Lala'sis reliable and trustworthy,He led by example and his approach of embracing change and adapting to changing work situations encourages others to do the same as he accepted and cooperated with me as his new officer with a great delight. He has the makings of a strong Officer, however I would like to encourage him to speak with confidence in order to garner the respect and attention you deserve from teammate.Mr. Lala is currently busy with his studies doing the Diploma, and his performance shows that this education in proving to be of great value thus far, even before completion.

The member was very instrumental to the enhancement of the morale, esprit de corps, and the well-being of the members on the shift as he ensured the organization and arrangement of social functions which improved and enforced the participation of all in a team and strengthen the team relationship. Mr. Lala can build great relationships, and this is reflected by how highly the team speaks of him. He is an incredible individual, and our department is privileged to have him.
