Refreezing, the final step, entails stabilizing the modifications and incorporating them into the company's routine procedures to guarantee they become the new standard. Lewin's Three-Step Model was chosen because of its methodical approach to change management (Mulholland, 2021). This model provides a thorough approach to accomplishing successful organizational transformation by emphasizing the significance of anticipating change, executing it skillfully, and reinforcing it. But there could be difficulties at every turn in the procedure. During the unfreezing phase, common issues include resistance to change, unclear communication, and insufficient leadership support.
