Lewis owns a cattle farm in Queensland. In order to keep his cattle on the property, he erects an

electric fence around the perimeter of his farm. Lewis' friend Marni visits Lewis at his farm. When

Lewis is showing Marni around the farm, Marni leans on the electric fence and is shocked. The fence

has no signs indicating that it is electrified. As a result, Marni incurs burns on her hands.

Can Marni sue Lewis for negligence? Would it make any difference if Marni had a pacemaker and the
