Library 1. Build your list until you have at least 10 skills. 2. Think about what you consider to be the five most important. Make a Top 5 Administrative Skills numbered list with number 1 being the most important. 3. For each of your Top 5 Skills, assess yourself by assigning one of the following ratings to each: Excellent Above Average, Average, or Needs Improvement. BE HONEST! Place your rating next to the skill on your list. 4. Set a goal! Choose a skill that needs improvement or that you rated lowest.
