Lily is a primary school teacher. One Saturday, she returned to school to do some work. Upon reaching the school, she left her bag (including her cell phone) in the Teachers' Room and went up to the second floor classrooms. A security guard, believing no one was in the school that morning proceeded to lock up the school and went home. Lily found herself locked in the school on the second floor. She proceeded to climb out of the window, and while dangling on thewindow ledge, lost her grip and fell. She was severely injured with both legs broken. She has made it known that she now intends to sue the school for "negligence in failing to provide a safe working environment, and for the wrongful confinement".

The school has approached you to discuss the merits of her claim. Advise the school the possibility that Lily may or may not succeed in her action
