Lily's Grooming Lounge is a business that specializes in grooming dogs. Her grooming process consists of a total of four steps: (A) brushing and trimming the dog's coat, (B) brushing the dog's teeth and cutting nails on all four paws, (C) bathing the dog with sham- poo and rinsing, and (D) drying the dog. Right now, Lily has two employees: Kaniel and Brownie. Kaniel is a very experienced dog groomer, having worked in various grooming facilities for the last 10 years. On the other hand, Brownie has little experience and is hoping to learn on the job.
