His company's decision making concentrates at its global headquarters even though it was becoming world largest gold producer with rapidly expanding operation around the world. Lim had always been involved in command and control model, and he saw how decisions were made in Malaysia. The business grew fast that the company is now in four states and seven countries and it becomes difficult for him to control.As the consultant to the company, explain to him ways to identify the best approach to keep in control of current states and countries so that the company can produce better decision making, operation and business growth. Also advise him on FOUR (4) factors in diagnosing the environmental characteristics when considering the most appropriate structure for his company.(20 marks)
