For your information, Gen Z (born between 1997 -2012) is the cohort that succeeds the generation in which most of us in this class were born (from 1981 to 1996). We are called the Millenials or Generation Y.

1. How do you explain the fact that baby boomers (1946-1964) retain their position as employers, forming the board of directors of all major companies, regardless of the degree of innovation and leadership of the latest generations (Gens. X, Y and Z)?
2. What do you think about Gen Z's leadership ethics?
3. Do you agree with all the tips provided for attracting Generation Z employees, or do you find them too lenient?
