Lisa hired Mark to renovate her kitchen. The work was completed on time and mostly to her satisfaction; however, there were a few issues with some of the work. The cupboard handles were not the ones Lisa had selected. The lighting fixtures were in slightly different spots than she had chosen and the drawers, even though they were installed with the hardware Lisa had chosen, did not close as smoothly as she would like. Mark is now demanding that he be paid in full.
