List realistic tort lawsuits that could come from the facts by stating in order: (1) the plaintiff, (2) the defendant, (3) the specific tort theory, (4) if the tort is covered by insurance using the designation "yes" or "no", and (5) the specific behavior that constitutes the tort. You may assume that the defendant has insurance if insurance can be bought for the tort listed. You should NOT be concerned with any defenses that the defendant could claim.

Mr. Parker, manager of the local United We Stand Supermarket, Inc., started out for the American National Bank early on Monday morning to make a deposit of the weekend proceeds, some $5000. Since his automobile had been taken to the dealership for service that morning, he was without transportation. He asked Sam, the driver of a small delivery van, who was unloading produce at the store, if he could use the ABC Produce Company van for a fifteen-minute trip, straight to the bank and back to the store. The driver agreed.

Parker, while waiting in line inside the bank, noticed Bonnie standing in line next to him, discreetly holding a gun on the cashier, waiting for a response to a written demand for money. The cashier placed a sack full of the bank's money on the bank counter. Parker immediately grabbed Bonnie's arm and twisted it as hard as he could. The gun accidently fired killing, the cashier instantly.

Bonnie then hit Parker over the head with the gun. He fell to the ground. Bonnie took the deposit bag that had United's weekend proceeds. Next, she took the banks money that had been placed in a sack.Mr. Hall, who had worked for American National Bank for 20 years as a security guard, was sound asleep in a chair near the front door. He was awakened by the commotion and immediately started chasing Bonnie, yelling "Stop or I'll shoot." Bonnie did not stop, and Hall fired two shots at her. One bullet hit Bonnie in the back; she was unfazed at the time because she was wearing a bulletproof vest. The other bullet ricocheted off the pavement and shattered the windshield of Dr. Ramser's brand-new 2020 Ford F-150 pickup truck parked on the street, close to where Bonnie was when the shots were fired.

Around the corner, Bonnie jumped into a waiting car driven by Clyde. At this same time, Kojack, a city policeman on duty who had been dispatched to the scene, thought the couple's behavior was suspicious. Sirens blaring, he immediately began pursuit of Bonnie and Clyde. Meanwhile, Parker had run out of the bank, jumped in the borrowed ABC Produce truck, and pursued both Bonnie and Clyde and the police car Kojack was driving.

Bonnie and Clyde took the first exit on to Interstate 20, followed closely by Kojack and Parker. Clyde immediately floored the car he was driving and started weaving in and out of traffic at speeds of more than 100 miles an hour. Kojack gave up his pursuit because it was too dangerous. Parker continued the pursuit, driving the speed limit; however, he had fallen so far behind the pursuit, that he could no longer see the red lights or hear the siren.Still driving at speeds of more than 90 miles an hour, Clyde, while attempting to pass a car, forced a red Toyota Avalon off the road. The Avalon flipped and tumbled over the embankment. The Avalon was driven by Mr. Pope, who was killed instantly. Also in the car was his wife, Mrs. Pope, who was rushed to the Mercy Me Hospital.

Next, Bonnie and Clyde exited Interstate 20 at the McCullough Street exit. They pulled into the Stripes convenience store at that same exit. Clyde had forgotten to fill the car up the night before. While Bonnie was filling the car up with gas at Stripes, Charles was also filling his car up with gas. Charles noticed that Bonnie had a large blood spot on her back. The security guard's bullet had penetrated her bulletproof vest. Worried that Bonnie might be injured and not know it, Charles asked Bonnie if she was alright. Bonnie, irritated said "Yes. Why do you ask?" Charles told her about the large blood spot on her back. Worried that Charles would call the police, Bonnie pulled her revolver and made him lie flat on the ground. Then Bonnie and Clyde switched cars and took Charles' Blue 2018 Honda Pilot.

Bonnie and Clyde drove straight to Mercy Me Hospital. In the hospital, they crossed paths with Mrs. Pope. She recognized Bonnie as the passenger in the car that had run her car off the road. As they walked past each other, Mrs. Pope turned around and saw the blood on Bonnie's back. She wondered if it was because Bonnie and Clyde had wrecked their car after forcing Mr. and Mrs. Pope off the road.

Mrs. Pope yelled out: "That is the couple that killed my husband." Clyde ran. Bonnie pointed her gun at Mrs. Pope and walked toward her. That was a big mistake. Mrs. Pope was a black belt in karate. Mrs. Pope executed a karate move that knocked both of Bonnie's feet out from under her. Bonnie fell to the floor, dropping her gun. Mrs. Pope picked up the gun and ran after Clyde, yelling: "Stop or I will shoot."

Mercy Me Hospital called the police. It just so happened that Kojack was one block from the hospital, having given up on the car chase with Bonnie and Clyde. Kojack saw Mrs. Pope chasing Clyde. Kojack exited his patrol car and began chasing Mrs. Pope and Clyde. Mrs. Pope and Clyde were unaware he was following them. The pursuit lasted several blocks.

Eventually, Mrs. Pope tackled Clyde and was holding him at gun point. When Kojack caught up, Kojack pulled his pistol and pointed it at Mrs. Pope and Clyde, yelling at Mrs. Pope to drop her pistol. Mrs. Pope immediately complied. Clyde picked the pistol up and began running again. Kojack followed. Kojack gained rapidly and tackled Clyde. Clyde accidently fired the gun. The bullet deflected off the sidewalk and hit a pedestrian named Mark, five feet away.Kojack wrestled the gun from Clyde and handcuffed him to a parking meter.

Kojack then went back to see if he could find Mrs. Pope. She was hiding behind a tree. As Kojack passed, Mrs. Pope tripped him, he dropped his gun and fell to the ground, breaking his wrist.

Mrs. Pope retrieved the gun, carefully snuck up on Clyde, and shot him without any warning.
