• Identify at least two (2) pieces of legislation or regulations that might impact your operational plan. For each piece of legislation identified, describe how the information is relevant to the development of the operational plan
• Identify at least four (4) organisational documents, policies, practices, or procedures that you would need to reference for your operational plan. For each document identified, describe how the information is relevant to the development of the operational plan
