Listening can affect a listener's ability to understand or process a message. Recall a moment when you had difficulty or biases in listening to a message from anyone speaking (a sender). Was it physical, psychological, physiological or semantic noise?  Explain. How did you attempt to listen to the message regardless of the noise?  How will you listen to messages going forward, and why?
