(Lists.py) Write the function sum lists(L1,L2) that receives two lists of integers L1 and L2, not necessarily of the same length, and returns a list of the same length as the longer of L1 and L2 where the first element is L1[0] + L2[0], the second element is L1[1] + L2[1], and so on. For example, sum lists([3,5,1],[2,8,9,1,2]) should return sum lists([5,13,10,1,2]).
