Lites Inc. has about 120 workers. Ron has worked for Lites for 12 years in the production department and makes $1000 per week. He is often late for work but his bosses ignore it. Ron also phones in sick on Fridays in the summer to get longer weekends, and the bosses know he is not sick, but they do nothing.
