Steps to take: 1. Locate the Profect Plan form on the next page. Guidance: It is recommended that you print a copy of the Fragject Plan since this will be used in a meeting with your co-workers. . Review all the parts of the Project Plan and answer them completely. . Ensure that there are at least two (2) co-workers with you when you have the meeting. Since this is a planning meeting, it would involve the input of other people to come up with the best output afterwards. . To complete the form, you are required to: a. Provide the organisation's name, the purpose of the project plan and project title. Fill out the succeeding parts of the plan.
