The wasr it works is that some volunteers {call them \"shoppers\") take food oil" shelves to put into baskets that will be delivered to lowincome families. Other volunteers (call them \"stockers restock food shelves so that there's always enough available for \"shoppers" as the}:' pass through to ll their baskets. I was a stocker, and my job was to monitor and restock dried grapes, nut mixes, and pecan shelves. Another stocker did canned goods, while another did rice and medicine shelves. The thing is, no one told us what to do, nor did any of the stockers talk or coordinate with one another. How did we not am into each other, duplicate work by accident, or more generally, make a mess of the place? Offer a theoryr and then briefly explain
