LO Create a business plan suitable for a small business. Present a cash flow statement of your food truck's first year cash inflows and outflows. Required:
Cash Inflows Show incoming cash from food and beverage sales and give your assumptions regarding why you believe your cash inflow will be what you say it is
Cash will come from sales and borrowing. If you borrow money show that as a cash inflow. How much did you borrow and for what? If you contributed your own money, then how much did you contribute?
Cash Outflows Show outgoing cash. That will include all expenses, equipment purchases, paying loans, and payments to you the owner drawing out profit. Your business is not required to have positive cash flow for the first year.
Must document your assumptions and explain each cash inflow total and each outflow total. Broad and sweeping general statements will not suffice. You should show how much cash will be received from various menu item categories, such as food and beverage, and exactly where each dollar is spent.
