1. Locate a scholarly/peer reviewed article or a book related to change or organizational learning on OCLS and read it.
2. Imagine having been asked to provide a brief presentation (12 - 15 minutes) to a leadership team in an organization. Share what is have learned from the article or book that has been selected.
3. Write the following data:
   1. Introduce what is read, the author, and overriding purpose.
   2. Synopsis of the reading, (i.e., a summary of what the article/book was about).
   3. Key learning points (e.g., theory insights) from the reading.
   4. Reflecting on the key learning points, apply them to an organizational issue to have encountered related to change or organizational learning. Explain how the ideas from the reading either confirmed or challenged the experience shared and the implications for leaders.
