Locate and read one or more contracts that you have entered into such as an apartment lease, bank account, cell phone service agreement, terms of use for a fee-based website, an agreement to pay tuition in installments or a retail sales agreement for a personal computer or other item.

1. Is the contract unilateral or bilateral, express or implied, executed or executory. Did the contract have all of the required elements to make it valid (Agreement, Capacity etc.)?
2. How long is it? How much of it did you understand? Are any of the terms particularly surprising or unfair?

Write detailed explanations explaining and answering the questions in part 1 and describing the contract and the second answering the questions in part 2.
