Locate Section 540 of the Insurance Act, RSA 2000, Ch. 1-3 and refer to the Statutory Conditions which appear in it. On the happening of any loss or damage to insured property, the insured must: Select one: O a. Deliver a proof of loss in respect of loss or damage to the insured property stating the interest of the insurer in that property O b. Deliver an oral statement in respect of loss or damage to the insured property describing the insured's knowledge of how any fire ignition damage originated O c. Deliver a proof of loss in respect of loss or damage to the insured property with the written statements of at least 4 witnesses to the damage or loss O d. Deliver a proof of loss in respect of loss or damage to the insured property which is verified by statutory declaration
