Purpose: To get funding for a college Tutorial Center

Facts about the Tutorial Center:

. The Tutorial Center hires student tutors with high GPAs, good study skills, and good teaching skills.

. The Tutorial Center provides special tutoring and other assistance in the Business College.

. Student tutors at the Tutorial Center are closely supervised by an administrator who gets to know the strengths of each and makes sure that the tutors actually instruct their student clients (rather than just giving them the answers).

ASSIGNMENT 1:

Audience: The US Federal Government, Affirmative Action Department
