Lokie Charms LTD has 15 shareholders members, including Janett, who was a freelance chartered accountant, not employed by the firm.

The Articles of Association for Lokie Charms LTD contained a provision that Janett should be employed by the firm , to do the firms accounts by July 20, 2021 for a stated fee.

Several months after the date stated, Janett did not hear from the firm and after several enquiries, she was told that the firm decided to hire another accountant.

Janett has decided to take action against the firm.
