Look around carefully, paying close attention to any objects that you have never noticed, and/or objects that make you feel uncomfortable. Could one of them be a Tsukuyomi? 

Next, sit down with your chosen object in a quiet ritual space, and interview your object. Does it feel ignored or neglected? What does it need to feel better and, in exchange, what sort of wisdom, insight, healing, magic, or practical favors would it like to do for you?
