Look at the True North website and get a sense of they type of company they are in terms of size, complexity, target market, etc. Based on that information cre-ate a Documented Change Control Process they should use when dealing with changes within their projects (process, approval, communication, etc.). 

Assume they don't currently have a process in place. 

Make sure the process fits the type of company they have and has features that would be unique to them.
