2. Visit the websites of the companies above. What business are they in? Running shoes, athletic shoes, athletic wear? Fashion or technology?
3. Read an article on Brooks.
4. Do a quick S, W, O, T, and a TOWS matric for Brooks with at least one strategy in each of the 4 TOWS cells.
5. Do a simple Growth Path Matrix and draw or highlight a recommended Growth Path.
