Philip Tsotsos claims his former colleagues owe him a cut of their winnings, even though he no longer works with them and didn't pay to play the week their ticket won. However, the group of 16 winners are looking to have his lawsuit dismissed. sing Mr? The group of 16-Steven Todesco, Jessie Reid, Gene Anger, Allan Beharrell, Brian Wilton, Thomas Casterson, Marc-Andre Chartier, Dil Deuja, John Dunn, Christopher Kaake, Dylan Krahn, Laith Joseph, Brett Lajoie, Jari Laasanen, Aurel "Dale" McFadden and David Nantais claim Tsotsos "worked inconsistently as a part-time driver," and his last day was June 4, 2021, according to the statement of defence shared with the Toronto Sun by attorney David Robins. Three weeks later, Tsotsos told Reid he was having issues with his girlfriend and "looking at going into rehab." He was not heard from again by anyone at his former workplace for about three months. The following month, the group of 16 won the $1 million prize, each of whom had paid to play
