By seeing this Michelle was very excited but she was also upset on the other hand as sometimes Cameras signal drops off and that is due to camera signal failure which is caused by network connectivity failure so then she calls the customer care and a representative talks with her on the phone and a customer complaint number is generated. And then she feels relieved as she was assured that the issue is fixed and then technician comes and he troubleshoots and resets the camera and the support team diagnoses the software. After few days the same problem repeated and she felt disheartened and then she calls the customer care representative and again the complaint number is generated. She got annoyed because she got an appointment after 5 days but no one showed up. And then after she called again and she was asked to wait for 2 days. After that she posted her problem on customer forum on the companies website
