Luella wants to sell her Webkinz collection to her friend Blanch. Luella had her collection appraised for a value of $$300$ and Blanch agreed to pay that price. Luella told Blanche that she would deliver the collection to Blanchs home. Luella is adamant that this contract for sale of her Webkinz collection should be governed under common law, however, Blanch is sure that it should be governed under the Uniform Commercial Code $($UCC$).$ Who is right?
