Luqman aged 18, is a Malaysian professional footballer who plays as a striker for Malaysian club Johor Darul Takzim in the Malaysia Super League and the Malaysian national football team. Two months ago, on his way home from training, Luqman was hit by a car driven by Datuk Lim. Luqman suffered serious injuries and is paralysed from the waist downwards and needed special care.

a)Luqman wants to take action against Datuk Lim and claim damages amounting

to RM 2.5 million.
