In the discussion board please list the actions/strategies that worked (Do's) for you, those that did not seem to work (Don'ts), and your overall discussion about POM4.

3. List any questions you might have not just regarding POM4 but also to how these activities relate to a real work environment

4. Type two to five paragraphs with your thoughts on what could or should be learned from POM4. Be sure to make this substantive and either relate it to personal experience, experience of someone you know in the field, or from the book and other research.

Although this does not need to be in APA format nor do you need to do this in a word processor, be sure to use complete sentences, proper grammar, punctuation, reference citations, etc.

5. Reply to at least two other students

Initial posting is due by (insert day / date) at 11:59pm and responses are due by (insert day / date) at 11:59pm.

In addition to your initial posting to the discussion board, you will be required to post a substantive response to at least two (2) of your classmates' postings. Be sure to address the student to whom you are commenting (for example, Joe, I had a similar experience; however, in my situation... or Susie, I agree with your comments because...). A "substantive" response is one that adds significantly to the discussion by: 1) building on others' comments; 2) suggesting alternative solutions; 3) pointing out problems; or 4) constructively disagreeing. The depth of your responses to the discussion board topics will determine your grade. For example, a statement such as "I agree with Joe" will earn 0 points...
