Topic for Discussion Imagine that you are an organizational leader that is facing a situation where half of the organization's workforce may have to be laid off to help make the firm profitable. As a transformational leader, how would you deal with such a scenario? Also, provide an example of such a scenario in the real world. Briefly summarize how it was handled and cite reference.
