M7: Wicked Problem Definition: Climate Change, Agriculture and Supply Chain Instructions In Module 4, you submitted a draft proposal for the personal wicked problem that you plan to apply in subsequent courses. Youve subsequently received feedback on the problem, and its now time to finalize your proposal. This does not commit you to sticking with the same problem throughout your two-year MBA journey. We recognize that personal and organizational challenges and priorities shift. Todays salient problem may go away or be replaced with something of higher priority. If you want to revise or change your wicked problem down the road, you are free to do so. However, you will be working on whatever your latest wicked problem is in subsequent courses, and your final course is a practicum in which you will tackle your final wicked problem in earnest. If you are able to find a problem that you can stick with, youll be able to do much of the groundwork for your final class in all of your previous ones. Follow the steps below to complete and submit the Wicked Problem Selection template. If you havent changed your project since you submitted your draft in Module 4 and the proposal was acceptable, you need only address whatever issues were identified in your feedback (if any) and resubmit that proposal. If you are changing your proposal, we will give you feedback. Follow the steps below to submit your files to the Wicked Problem portfolio view. Create and save the file you intend to submit. Create your Wicked Problem statement: In the comments, start by typing Statement:, then write a short (up to 140 characters) description of your wicked problem. It is important that you prefix your description with the word Statement: . This will allow the Wicked Problem portfolio view to identify your intended statement to display in your portfolio. If you are not changing your Wicked Problem statement, then you do not need to create your Statement: line. Omitting the Statement entry will keep your current Wicked Problem statement active in the Wicked Problem portfolio view. Summarize your wicked problem: In the comments (hit return to create a new paragraph if you entered a title), type Summary: and write a longer summary of your Wicked
