For example analysis of Taco, Bell's profits would be an example of microeconomics while if you did an analysis of a country's profits and trade that would be considered macroeconomics. Macroeconomics has been affected by covid in the sense that the need for transportation fell around the U.S. and that caused a phenomenon in the market as the money went elsewhere and other industries thrived in the U.S. while the automotive industry did not. Microeconomics has been affected by covid in that some businesses in France have had half as much activity throughout 2021 as they would have normally. So in both cases, businesses received less physical attention in the last year than they would have without covid and that likely had a negative effect on sales, especially on vehicles as previously mentioned.
